# 0・About FiveM's ToS

Please read this.

**FiveM's ToS has changed concerning children since its acquisition by Rockstar game.**\

------

This is what you can read on their post: \
"The safety of our community is of the most importance to us, and we want to make it clear that mods containing or promoting violent extremism, \[...] , or abuse and **depiction of children, have no place on our platform**"

\
**This means that the old baby script with babies head has been completely removed from our services.**\
**The baby BEAR version is the only one supported & provided by PataMods.**

<br>

You can still have access to the old version on your Keymaster account. <mark style="color:red;">**Use it at your own risk since it's not permitted on FiveM anymore**</mark>**.**

**Thanks for your support on this script.**&#x20;
